The number will be shared nationally by real estate brokers. Calls are routed based on the point of origin, that is to say that a call made from area code 508 would ring through to an associate in Massachusetts and one made from 214 would ring through to an associate in Texas. ALL calls originating in any one area code will be routed to the telephone number(s) of choice. There is flexibility, call trafic can be routed diferently by day of week and/or hour of the day.

Participation is limited to one associate per market. A market is defined as a telephone area code. Associates will have an exclusive on their market that is renewable in perpetuity. Contracts are for one year and are always renewable at the option of the associate. The use of the number is yours for as long as you decide.

Detailed billing for usage will be provided. Detailed caller id is also available to trac usage.

Usage charges are competitive with other toll free usage plans. We will continue to negotiate with various carriers to ensure competitive rates. We pass along charges and do not mark up on the usage.

Points of Contract

• Term is for 1 year.
• Associates will always have an option to renew and can cancel with 30 writen notice.
• For use in the Real Estate brokerage business only.
• Associates have a right of first refusal on any new area codes introduced in or adjacent to their markets.
• Morals clause, associates are expected to not compromise the integrity of the brand that all share.
• Gimme Shelter, llc will be prohibited from engaging in the real estate brokerage business in any market that competes with any associate.
• Associates will have the right of first refusal on any programs that may develop in the future.
• Associates will have the exclusive use of the number in any market they secure.
• We are open to any suggestions to address any concerns of prospective associates as geographic circumstances may require unique protections for assiciates and gimme shelter, llc.

Criteria for Association:

Fees negotiable by geographic circumstance. Basic frame work is:

• $95 per month for your area code, plus
• if applicable, $25 per month for each contiguous area code, plus
• telephone usage.
